Jack Canfield (whose involvement should really turn you off routinely) didn't really sit all-around looking at the ceiling looking ahead to one million dollars to slide out of your sky. He sat all-around crafting nauseating tales and then got rejected by a ton of publishers before someone who likes nauseating tales bought his book. I suggest, Chick
